Most of my friends/family call me “J.” I am a mother, a big sister, a cheerleader and a best friend. I’m an animal lover and a tree hugger, too. And I’m struggling just a bit with the direction my life and this world are heading, but change is usually scary and no life worth living is completely without fear-inducing qualities.
Starting over can be a good thing; good for the soul, good for my wallet… Okay, Universe, I was listening! I’m starting over, just like you kept telling me to do.

Sometimes all a girl can do is to simply put a foot forward, best one or no, and just keep on moving.
I have to say, putting your best foot forward is all you can do, though admittedly I often falter at even that.
